





Performs route management activities that enable the achievement of goals and commercial strategy for assigned advisors, validates merchant prospecting and affiliation, serves as a liaison between CB and Yastás by actively participating in channel coverage, tactical meetings, and governance meetings, conducts route supervision, covers vacant routes to ensure business continuity, and provides matrix reporting to the sales manager on managed routes. Trains new entry advisors on field activities, performs management of vacant routes providing continuous service, helps advisors develop sales and time management skills, provides constant and close training and feedback. Supervises affiliation and prospecting activities, ensuring high-quality CMRs join the network according to the TOR model, validates proper execution of activities such as PaP, activation of CMRs in financial institutions, incident follow-up, comprehensive CMR visits, cancellations, and network cleanup. Ensures that advisors in charge of routes execute flawlessly through the sales management model and marketing image execution protocol in the field, guaranteeing excellent service to COBs, informing them about campaigns and benefits available as part of the Yastás Network. Supports managerial functions such as monitoring profitability KPIs, providing feedback to the manager and focusing the efforts of ANs in the field to achieve commercial objectives; in case of manager vacancy or absence, reports matrix to the sales subdirector. Acts as support in business meetings.
