**Position:** Maintenance Intern Your role is essential as you will be part of the maintenance team, responsible for monitoring and controlling construction projects at business units and corporate offices. Proper execution of your tasks will directly contribute to driving innovation and improving efficiency within the department. **Main Responsibilities:** During your internship or professional residency, you will support activities such as: * Preparing photographic reports of ongoing construction projects. * Assisting in modifying and creating drawings in AutoCAD according to instructions and guidance from the maintenance supervisor. * Creating catalogs of project items. * Reviewing estimates and progress reports submitted by suppliers. * Supervising and managing the internal platform for assigning maintenance tasks. ### **What we are looking for:** * Student pursuing a degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related field.** * Basic knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge and experience using Excel. * **Valid facultative insurance.** * Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of teamwork. ### **We Offer:** * **Real experience** in construction and maintenance projects. * Guidance and support from a team willing to teach and mentor you. * Opportunity to develop your own **project**. * Opportunity to **complete your internship or professional residency.** * Biweekly financial assistance for transportation This opportunity is aimed at **students** who wish to gain professional experience and fulfill their internship or residency requirements.
