ISA Ingeniería y Servicios Asociados is seeking a Project Technical Assistant to support technical activities, field surveys, documentation, and project execution in civil, industrial, and engineering construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with basic technical knowledge, learning ability, and skills for fieldwork and technical-administrative support. **Responsibilities** * Support field surveys (measurements, photographs, site walkthroughs, and progress recording). * Capture and prepare technical forms, reports, generators, and simple drawings. * Assist in technical documentation: estimates, logs, evidence, and file management. * Provide assistance to the site resident or supervisor in technical tasks. * Control and organize project drawings, specifications, and documentation. * Participate in site walkthroughs for activity monitoring. * Support site logistics: access control, coordination of materials or equipment as required. * Track technical requisitions and progress reports. * Comply with safety regulations and company internal policies. * Perform fieldwork at various project sites within and outside the state. **Requirements** * Technical degree in construction, technical drawing, civil works, electromechanics, or related field. * Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and surveys. * Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (desirable). * Ability to work in field and industrial environments. * Interest in developing a career in engineering and project management. * Organized, committed, and responsible. * **Willingness to travel** to different project sites as needed. **Skills** * Basic blueprint reading * Effective communication * Teamwork * Organization and orderliness * Attention to detail * Fast learning ability * Proactivity and field support **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Per diem during project travel * Growth opportunities within the project department * Excellent work environment Job type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 per week Workplace: On-site position
