Senior Maintenance Engineer Monterrey** **Responsibilities** * Execute and manage the master preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plan. * Ensure >95% operational availability of critical equipment through RCM, FMEA, and RCA. * Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies. * Manage spare parts inventory and control departmental budgets. * Optimize OEE and minimize recurring failures. * Lead CAPEX projects, machinery installation, and relocation. * Comply with industrial regulations (NOM-004, NOM-022, NOM-009) as well as environmental guidelines. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related degree. * **7 years of experience** in industrial maintenance. * Advanced technical English. * Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial mechanics, electricity, and blueprint reading. * Experience with stamping machines, presses, cutting machines, CNC wood machines, and compressed air systems. * Knowledge of TPM, 5S, RCM, Kaizen, Six Sigma (desirable). **Compensation and Benefits** * **Monthly salary: $47,000 gross** * **30 days’ Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo)** * **$2,000 monthly grocery vouchers** * **Savings fund: 3%** * **10% of base salary as punctuality bonus** * **10% of base salary as attendance bonus** * **Life insurance** **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree – completed **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=693c6fbb3c000037004af8a6&source=indeed
