**Location:** Hybrid – Central Office and Remote **Contract Type:** Permanent **About the Opportunity** We invite you to join our team as an Art Director, a key role in enhancing visual and conceptual creativity across all our brand campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for defining the artistic direction, ensuring visual consistency, and leading the evolution of our graphic universe through disruptive proposals aligned with strategic objectives. We are looking for someone with a holistic vision, an innovative mindset, and strong leadership skills who can inspire and elevate the creative team to the next level, always within a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities – Creative Art Direction, Visual Branding \& Team Leadership** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * Design and communicate the brand's visual vision, ensuring graphic coherence across omnichannel campaigns (digital, BTL, ATL, social media, and branding). * Lead the creation and execution of original visual concepts, managing aesthetic quality and impact across all touchpoints. * Inspire, guide, and develop talent within the graphic design, illustration, animation, and digital art teams. * Oversee the development of moodboards, sketches, and visual identities, aligning creativity with business and communication goals. * Stay updated on design trends, new technologies, and visual tools applied to marketing and communication. * Manage multiple projects and lead creative workflows with a focus on efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines. * Collaborate closely with copywriting, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver integrated and distinctive ideas. * Present creative proposals to internal/external clients and lead the reasoning behind each visual solution. * Ensure every piece, campaign, or project meets best practices in accessibility, visual inclusion, and global standards. ### **Requirements – Creative Profile, Visual Strategy \& Experience in Art Direction** * University degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields. * At least 5 years of experience leading art and design teams in agencies or companies, developing multichannel campaigns and branding projects. * Proven portfolio of creative pieces and campaigns demonstrating visual impact, innovation, and brand consistency. * Advanced proficiency in digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion tools, etc.). * Ability to transform insights, briefs, and strategies into strong, distinctive visual ideas. * Experience in mentoring, training creative teams, and managing interdisciplinary talent. * Up-to-date knowledge of cultural, technological, and design trends applied to branding and digital marketing. * Excellent communication skills to explain visual concepts and defend proposals to diverse audiences. * Advanced English; additional languages are a plus. * Active commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the creative environment and visual processes. #### **Daily Responsibilities – Visual Supervision, Brand Innovation \& Creative Project Management** * Coordinate and review art deliverables, ensuring quality, innovation, and alignment with brand visual guidelines. * Lead brainstorming sessions and art direction workshops to generate unique and relevant concepts. * Collaborate in the development of digital visual assets, branding, advertising and audiovisual campaigns, as well as interactive experiences. * Provide constructive feedback and support the professional development of the creative team. * Manage time and resources to meet deadlines while maintaining high artistic standards. ##### **Additional Requirements – Creative Opportunity, Adaptability \& Leadership in Art Direction** * Availability to work in a hybrid setup and participate in a dynamic, open, and collaborative environment. * Participation in recruitment processes including portfolio presentation, creative art direction tests, and leadership interviews. ###### **Benefits – Professional Growth in Art, Branding \& Creative Projects** * Competitive salary, flexible compensation, and medical insurance from day one. * Access to continuous training in design trends, visual creativity, branding, and emerging digital tools. * Inclusive, multicultural, and highly creative work environment with international impact projects. * Opportunities for growth and advancement into global creative director or art management roles.
