Safety Supervisor **General Description** Safeguard the physical, material, and facility integrity of all employees, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industrial safety standards established by the organization and the client. **Specific Description** Safety Supervision: * Supervise facilities, equipment, machinery, and personnel during operational processes to prevent accidents. * Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers. * Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions or risky actions in the work area. * Inspect implemented safety measures before the start of each activity. Permit Management and Risk Assessment: * Prepare and coordinate risk assessment procedures and work permits for high-risk activities (working at heights, lifting operations, excavations, etc.). * Verify that activities have the necessary authorizations before execution. * Release work areas and permits after confirming that required safety standards are met. Training and Safety Culture: * Train personnel on industrial safety topics and good work practices. * Promote workplace improvements and encourage employee participation through suggestions and feedback. * Instruct workers to foster a continuous safety culture. Incident Investigation and Follow-Up: * Investigate workplace incidents or accidents, document findings, and propose preventive measures.
