The ideal candidate not only excels in design and audiovisual production but also knows how to present, justify, and support their work to clients, maintaining a professional, empathetic, and strategic approach. We are looking for a creative, organized, and leadership-oriented individual capable of coordinating teams, proposing ideas with an advertising vision, and ensuring visual quality in every deliverable. Responsibilities * Design graphic materials for advertising campaigns, social media, branding, corporate presentations, and events. * Produce and edit institutional, commercial, and brand videos (conceptualization, scripting, direction, filming, editing, and post-production). * Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly and confidently presenting ideas and justifying creative decisions. * Coordinate creative teams and collaborate with strategists, account executives, and producers in the development of integrated projects. * Ensure visual and narrative consistency for the brands we work with. * Manage deliveries, timelines, and priorities while ensuring technical and aesthetic quality. * Propose creative solutions to visual communication challenges across both digital and traditional media. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Advertising, Film, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising agency, or audiovisual production company. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Audition. * Proven experience in professional video production and editing. * Knowledge of photography, lighting, and camera operation. * Ability to present proposals to clients and creatively justify design decisions. * Leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Desirable Skills * Expertise in motion graphics and audiovisual storytelling. * Experience in executive project presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint, professional PDFs, mockups). * Knowledge of visual strategies for social media and digital formats. * Ability to translate commercial briefs into effective visual concepts. * Confidence in communicating creative ideas to clients or executive teams.
