A leading company in the manufacturing and packaging sector is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to enhance operations through route coordination, inventory control, and supervision of logistics processes, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. We offer Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 net monthly Statutory benefits Location and Schedule Guadalajara, Jalisco (Los Sauces neighborhood) Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate delivery and pickup routes Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials Monitor inventories and coordinate activities with production and procurement Manage documentation for incoming, outgoing, and returned goods Track logistics performance indicators to ensure efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (mandatory) 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, distribution, or internal logistics Proficiency in ERP or WMS systems and inventory control Experience supervising operational staff Preferred experience in the packaging, cardboard, or manufacturing industry If you wish to schedule an interview, apply through this channel!
