We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Safety Department, where they will have opportunities for professional development within the company. **SGI SPECIALIST (TEMPORARY PROJECT)** **Objective:** Ensure that the quality, safety, and environmental management system is implemented, controlled, and developed according to the organization's operational parameters, driving continuous improvement to achieve greater efficiency in the unit's strategic objectives. **Required Profile:** · Education: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Production Processes. · Gender: Indifferent · Age: 25 years and older · Experience: Minimum of 2 years in process or quality auditing, with at least 1 year supervising the implementation and improvement of procedures. Experience in quality supervision of processes, and implementation and maintenance of management systems: ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). · Driver's License: Valid state driver's license (preferably standard vehicle operation) **Knowledge:** · Quality management standards (ISO 9001\), environmental management (ISO 14001\), and health and safety (ISO 45001\). · Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). · Process auditing techniques, procedure development and control. · Management of non-conforming products and improvement of production processes. · Knowledge or experience in electronic waste management (R2\). · Use of key quality indicators (KPIs). · Familiarity with tools such as Ishikawa, FMEA, Pareto, etc. **Skills:** · Leadership in procedure implementation. · Ability to analyze, develop, and optimize processes. · Clear and effective written and verbal communication. · Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. · Analytical thinking for process improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** · Develop, implement, and supervise operational and quality procedures across all stages of the production process. · Conduct internal and external process audits, ensuring compliance with established procedures and proposing continuous improvements. · Establish and update procedure manuals to ensure process standardization throughout the organization. · Coordinate with the audit team to review and analyze critical processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. · Monitor compliance with applicable procedures and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. · Collaborate with other departments to identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency. · Train personnel on correct procedure execution and applicable quality regulations. · Ensure control and tracking of non-conforming products, minimizing their impact on production processes. · Prepare reports on procedure effectiveness and present improvement recommendations to senior management. · Implement quality control tools such as standard military tables and conduct customer satisfaction analysis related to production processes. · Coordinate electronic document management for the SGI, ensuring proper coding, version control, and elimination of unnecessary physical copies. **Employment Offer:** · $24,000\.00 pesos monthly · Monthly productivity bonus · Work tools · 100% IMSS registration **Work Location:** Apazapan, Veracruz. **Benefits:** · Life insurance · Uniforms · Benefits exceeding legal requirements · Transportation · Savings fund · Dining room service **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts) If you wish to participate in the selection process, please attach your CV with your application.
