* Proactive contact to generate daily appointments for maintenance, repairs, campaigns, and daily inspections at the automotive service workshop. * Achievement of daily and monthly income targets for the workshop. * Establish an effective workflow scheduling for the workshop based on customers' prior reservations for maintenance, corrective services, and service actions. * Daily reservation control. * Calls to customers with upcoming maintenance service. * Attend to customers requesting appointments. * Registration of customers with and without appointments in the daily schedule. * Daily Prepiking sending. * Sending service and maintenance quotations. * Validation of preventive appointments. * Maintain daily income percentage.
