We are seeking an **Inplant** with experience in customer service and financial services, ideally possessing a profile similar to that of a banking officer. This person will serve as the direct liaison between our company and our client’s employees, providing advisory services and support regarding our financial offerings. **Responsibilities:** * Assist and advise employees on the use of our financial products. * Address inquiries and provide guidance throughout the application and usage process for our services. * Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure efficient service delivery. * Prepare reports and analyze service usage, identifying areas for improvement. * Promote adoption of our services among the client’s employees. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Service orientation and problem-solving ability. * Capacity to work autonomously on the client’s premises. * Knowledge of financial products and/or experience managing digital platforms (preferred).
