At DMP we are hiring Position: General Maintenance Assistant Requirements: * **Preferably with experience in General Maintenance** * **Electricity, Plumbing, Plumbering, Masonry, Painting, etc** * **Proactive** * **High sense of responsibility** * **Organization** Benefits: * **Base Salary** * **Statutory Benefits** * **Uniforms** * **Protective Equipment** * **Opportunity for professional development** Responsibilities: · Perform plumbing and piping work: leak repairs, pipe replacement, fixture installations. · Carry out basic electrical maintenance: inspection of installations, replacement of lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, diagnostics. · Execute masonry and infrastructure repair work: patching, laying floors or tiles, minor construction tasks. · Perform painting and aesthetic detailing: interiors and exteriors, walls, doors, furniture, with fine finishes and clean presentation. · Carry out corrective maintenance according to service reports. · Follow up on the preventive maintenance program at all assigned locations. · Travel between branches and office as scheduled or in case of emergencies. · Properly care for, use, and store work equipment, tools, and materials. · Comply with the company's established occupational safety and hygiene regulations.
