It is important that applicants meet the following profile: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Civil Engineering * Electrical Engineering (Degree and Professional License) Having any specialization in the following areas is preferred: * Public Administration * Public Bidding * Unit price analysis Main responsibilities include: * **Writing documents, collecting required paperwork, and preparing bids** * **Searching COMPRANET for bidding opportunities** * **Database management** * **Processing contracts and bonds with public agencies** * **Knowledge of the Public Works Law** * **Proficiency in OPUS and/or NEODATA software** Statutory benefits provided: * Insurance * Infonavit * Fonacot * Christmas bonus * Vacation time * Employee benefits.
