This new project is to work in Tabasco PROFILE A Geometric Drafter is responsible for creating, modifying, and managing technical drawings in 2D and 3D, ensuring the accurate geometric representation of components, parts, or products. Their work is based on technical specifications, design standards, and engineering team guidelines, contributing to the documentation and visual communication of technical designs. KNOWLEDGE: * Design and detail technical drawings in CAD (2D and 3D) from sketches, models, or engineering department instructions. * Interpret drawings, geometric specifications, tolerances, and materials. * Apply technical drawing standards and symbols (GD\&T, ISO, ASME). * Perform drawing modifications and updates according to engineering changes. * Ensure CAD files are properly structured, named, and stored. * Participate in design reviews to ensure geometric and technical feasibility. Desirable Tools * Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, depending on industry). * Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD\&T). * Reading and interpretation of mechanical, electrical, or structural drawings (depending on field). * Basic knowledge of manufacturing and materials. * Technical drawing standards (ISO, ANSI, DIN, etc.). * File and version management (PDM/PLM desirable). Education: * Technician in Industrial Drawing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. * Courses or certifications in CAD (preferred).
