





Bakery and food company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead area operations, ensure process compliance, and strengthen talent management across branches. We are looking for an experienced, leadership-oriented individual with a human-focused approach, capable of maintaining organization, motivation, and compliance within each work team. Responsibilities \-Coordinate personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes.\-Supervise attendance tracking, incident reporting, and payroll. \-Ensure compliance with labor obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, etc.). \-Implement HR policies and procedures across all branches. \-Promote a positive work environment and internal communication. \-Support General Management in personnel performance planning and evaluation, as well as training programs. \-Manage department documentation and records in an organized and confidential manner. \-Report results and propose improvements to General Management. Requirements: \-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration General HR Experience: \-Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. \-Experience in developing, reorganizing, or expanding HR departments. \-Experience in team leadership: having led teams of people or more, including across different branches. \-Experience supervising coordinators, analysts, or assistants. Strategic Experience: \-Participation in the design of HR policies, internal manuals, performance evaluations, talent development, and workplace climate initiatives. \-Practical knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, compensation, and benefits. \-ERP system proficiency (ODOO) desirable.
