Main Responsibilities * **F\&I Department Management** Lead the Finance and Insurance department, ensuring efficiency in credit processes, warranty sales, financial products, and insurance. * **Negotiation with Financial Institutions** Maintain strategic relationships with banks, leasing companies, and insurers to secure competitive terms for customers. * **Margin Optimization** Develop strategies to increase business unit profitability through placement of financial products and complementary services. * **Closing Supervision** Coordinate with sales advisors and closers to ensure each transaction includes the appropriate financing or insurance plan prior to delivery. * **Regulatory Compliance** Ensure all operations comply with internal policies, audits, and regulatory requirements (CONDUSEF, financial institutions). * **Analysis and Reporting** Generate reports on loan placements, approval rates, insurance penetration, and profit margins. * **Customer Experience** Ensure professional, ethical, and trust-oriented service throughout the financing and insurance contracting process. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years in automotive F\&I (preferred) * Solid experience negotiating with financial institutions, insurers, and leasing companies * In-depth knowledge of automotive financial products, interest rates, margins, and regulations **We Offer** * Competitive base salary (Base \+ commissions) * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Job stability and growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Salary: $8,354\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site
