





Job Description: Furniture Salesperson Position Objective: Maximize sales and customer satisfaction through expert advice and exceptional service, offering furniture solutions that meet the individual needs of each customer. Main Responsibilities: **Customer Advisory:** * Receive and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Identify customer needs through active listening and provide appropriate furniture recommendations. * Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, customization options, materials, and prices. **Sales and Transaction Management:** * Process sales accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. * Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. **Showroom Maintenance:** * Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive, ensuring products are well displayed and labeled. * Manage sales floor inventory and assist in receiving and labeling new products. **Problem Resolution:** * Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and address customer concerns promptly and courteously. **Product and Market Knowledge:** * Stay updated on the latest furniture trends and current store promotions. * Be aware of available inventory, including delivery and assembly options. Skills and Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture or retail sector. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. * Customer-oriented with a strong service ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility to work during business hours, including weekends.
