Join our team; we are currently seeking: COFFEE SHOP MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Monitor and motivate your team to ensure achievement of monthly budgeted sales targets. \- Supervise implementation of sales strategies. \- Implement actions to optimize expenses and operating costs at the point of sale. \- Maintain updated records in the information system for daily, weekly, and monthly sales, as well as cancellations, withdrawals, and cashouts in the corresponding formats, to keep data current. \- Supervise proper execution and application of promotions at the point of sale. \- Drive reduction of customer service times through planning and preparation of the work team. \- Resolve any issues that arise with customers at the point of sale. \- Ensure all products offered are prepared according to established standards and good practices. \- Review and guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements at the point of sale. \- Conduct ongoing performance evaluations of staff. \- Create fair work schedules for staff to ensure adequate rest and care. \- Prepare preliminary payroll for personnel under supervision.
