**Position Description:** At Colectivo Moda, we are looking for a **passionate and results-driven individual** to join our team as a Human Capital Generalist. You will be responsible for implementing and executing talent acquisition, training, and employee management processes, aligned with business objectives and our organizational culture. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support across various Human Capital areas to branches in Veracruz and other states. * Execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding strategies. * Coordinate training, development, and performance management processes. * Assist with labor relations and legal compliance matters. * Manage administrative personnel processes and document control. * Participate in culture, organizational climate, internal communication, and inclusion initiatives. * Meet HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, etc.). * 80% field work with follow-up at sales points. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Must have experience in retail sector companies.** * Two years of experience in a similar role. * Practical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency with HR platforms (ATS, LMS, surveys, etc.). * Experience managing job openings in various locations across Mexico. * Excellent self-management, communication, analytical, and results-oriented skills. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Bonus based on KPI achievement * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Professional development opportunities * Excellent work environment * Impactful and growth-oriented projects Interested in this opportunity?
