





**Job Description** POSITION: PROJECT LEADER (CONSTRUCTION) DEGREE-HOLDING ENGINEER AND/OR ARCHITECT EXPERIENCE: 2 TO 3 YEARS IN SIMILAR POSITIONS **MUST RESIDE IN VERACRUZ, VERACRUZ** **AGE**: 25 to 45 years **GENDER**: Indistinct **Job type:** Full-time **Salary:** $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month net **Benefits:** * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Free uniforms **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * Comprehensive management of construction projects. • Interpretation and preparation of blueprints, budgets, and schedules. * Cost control and unit price analysis (UPA). * Knowledge of applicable regulations regarding construction, safety, and quality. * Identification and management of occupational risks. * Administrative and documentary site control. * Preparation of technical and executive reports. * Advanced use of specialized project management software, including: o MS Project (planning, critical path, and scheduling). o AutoCAD (blueprint review and adjustments). o Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, and financial control). o Office 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). o Agile methodology and visual control tools (Scrum, Kanban, Trello or equivalents). o Digital PMI / Gantt / SWOT, as support for project analysis and presentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to travel * Valid driver's license * Experience driving standard vehicles. * Flexible availability. **WE OFFER:** * Job stability and career growth * Statutory benefits * Continuous learning **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop plans, schedules, and project budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety. * Communicate regularly with clients, internal coordination teams, site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and shared objectives. * Obtain necessary permits, materials, and equipment for construction projects. * Supervise and periodically inspect sites to ensure progress according to plan and compliance with safety standards. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. * Manage and lead construction teams, including hiring and supervising staff, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations. * Ensure all construction projects meet quality standards and comply with building codes and regulations.
