ACTIVITIES: 1.\- Post job openings on internal and/or external job boards according to requested profiles and established standards, as well as continuously monitor applications received through these channels. 2.\- Search for suitable candidate profiles using platforms other than Coppel's that match the required Job Descriptions. 3.\- Manage recruitment campaigns on the most effective media for each type of vacancy and region, following the recruitment media guidelines. 4.\- Properly guide every applicant who applies through job boards, visits offices in person, or contacts via email or phone, using standardized communication protocols to strengthen Grupo Coppel's employer branding. 5.\- Stay informed about vacancies in the centers under their responsibility and the required candidate profiles. 6.\- Update and review the job board format with applicant contact details and application status.
