**Mobile Development Leader** **Position Objective** Lead and coordinate the development of native mobile applications, ensuring high-quality, high-performance solutions with excellent user experience, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development of **Android (Kotlin/Java)** and **iOS (Swift/SwiftUI)** applications throughout their entire lifecycle. * Define and oversee scalable and maintainable mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture). * Manage and develop the mobile engineering team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. * Ensure code quality, implementation of **CI/CD**, testing, and technical reviews. * Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to define requirements and technical solutions. * Manage releases and deployments to the **App Store and Google Play**. * Estimate timelines, resources, and manage risks inherent to the mobile ecosystem. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Native mobile development with **Android SDK** and **iOS SDK**. * Kotlin/Java and Swift. * Modern mobile architectures. * Consumption of **REST/GraphQL APIs**. * Local databases (Room, SQLite, CoreData). * Firebase and/or cloud services. * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Mobile security principles (OWASP). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Software, or related field. * +5 years of experience in native mobile development. * +2 years of technical leadership or team management experience. **Conditions** * Work modality: On-site, full-time * Location: Torre Orión, Mérida, Yucatán Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
