**Job Objective** Generate and close sales opportunities for medical supplies and equipment, providing professional advisory services to distributor and individual clients, with a focus on trust, needs-based solutions, and high-quality follow-up, always maintaining a professional demeanor. **Key Responsibilities** * Attend to prospects and customers (via phone and digital channels). * Advise customers on the best options, offers, costs, and demand. * Prepare sales quotations. * Conduct timely follow-up with prospects until sale closure. * Coordinate with the warehouse department for order tracking and delivery. * Keep customer and sales information up to date. * Meet monthly sales targets. * Represent the company professionally and with excellent service attitude. **Requirements** * Sales experience (preferably in services, beauty, healthcare, distribution, etc.). * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Customer- and results-oriented mindset. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Mercado Libre. * Availability for in-person client visits (field work). * Incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Preferred: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (not mandatory). * Motivation for self-improvement and strong sense of responsibility. **Key Skills** * Clear and persuasive communication. * Honesty and accountability. * Empathy and professional conduct. * Sales closing ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Discipline. * Ability to build trust with customers. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary + attractive sales commissions. * Fuel allowance. * Ongoing training on products and services. * Professional growth within the company and performance-based salary increases. * Excellent working environment. * Technical support and guidance to help close sales.
