Job Summary: This position focuses on the implementation, optimization, and control of electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and successful new product introductions. Processes: SMT, Back\-End, Assembly, Conformal Coating. * Work location: El Salto Industrial Park. * Shift availability. * English: Intermediate \- Advanced. * Knowledge: Statistical methods, programming, Lean Manufacturing, Core Tools, IATF, PVA, Assymtek, Anda / AOI, Vitrox Koyoung / Xray MAtrix Nordson x3\#; V810 vitrox; TRI. ***JOB OBJECTIVE:*** Ensure proper implementation, optimization, and control of electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, Back\-End, and Assembly), guaranteeing quality, efficiency, adherence to metrics (OEE, Scrap, PPMs), and successful new product introduction (NPI), in compliance with customer requirements. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Lead the implementation and optimization of electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, Back\-End, Assembly, Conformal Coating), ensuring stability, capability, and repeatability. * Actively participate in NPI, collaborating with Project Engineering in process definition, equipment programming, pilot runs, and releases (PPAP). * Define and standardize manufacturing methods, process parameters, and work instructions, ensuring their correct implementation and staff training. * Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs (OEE, Scrap, PPMs, cycle times, and productivity) through data analysis and continuous improvement actions. * Analyze root causes of quality issues, downtime, and efficiency losses, developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Manage and maintain up\-to\-date equipment programs, data backups, and process controls. * Develop and lead PFMEAs, Control Plans, and statistical analyses in coordination with cross\-functional teams. * Collaborate in addressing customer complaints and internal/external audits, strengthening the quality management system (IATF). * Optimize and monitor preventive maintenance plans for equipment and tooling. * Identify and control environmental aspects and process risks, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. * Serve as the technical process reference, providing support, training, and guidance to operational and technical staff. ***BENEFITS:*** * Direct employment with the company. * Competitive salary. * Benefits package exceeding statutory requirements. * Transportation service and cafeteria.
