The region’s leading tire company invites you to contribute your talent and grow with us as: **CONTROLLER** ***JOB OBJECTIVE:*** Ensure proper accounting, financial, tax, administrative, and operational control of the company; safeguard data integrity and compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and budgetary requirements; protect the company’s asset interests; and provide key analysis to support strategic decision-making within an automotive-sector company specializing in tire sales. ***EDUCATION:*** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Financial Administration, Auditing, Economics, or related field. Coordinate and supervise the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing process: transaction recording, bank reconciliations, financial statements. 2. Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations, as well as internal control policies. 3. Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing findings and recommendations. 4. Design, implement, maintain, and update internal controls to guarantee financial information integrity. 5. Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts; analyze variances (expenses/income); propose corrective actions. 6. Manage cash flow, liquidity, supplier payments, and tax obligations. 7. Manage and supervise the accounting inventory of tires; ensure physical-financial reconciliations and control of shortages/surpluses. 8. Prepare strategic financial reports for senior management. 9. Support financial planning and profit forecasting. 10. Supervise and train the accounting and administrative team: assign tasks, train, and evaluate performance. 11. Report to senior management on financial status, risks, internal control, compliance, and improvement opportunities. 12.
