Production Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise production operations, personnel management, quality control, and maintenance, utilizing ERP to ensure efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic and personnel management 2. Comprehensive supervision of production operations 3. Problem solving and quality control Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Engineering / Bachelor's degree Knowledge: * ERP system proficiency * Strategic management and planning * Personnel management * Problem-solving ability * Human and material resource management * Machinery and equipment Responsibilities: * Generate maintenance reports for any detected failure. * Supervise the repair of failures. * Archive documents (production orders, finished product reports). * Request required raw materials. * Verify and supervise tank release (cleaning, calibration, and emptying). * Supervise packaging timeframes. * "Generate daily production orders. * (Distribute workload according to production orders)" * Track inventory reconciliation discrepancies. * Maintain waste control records. * Compare actual results against expected outcomes in production orders. * Enter data into the ERP system. * Conduct self-performance evaluations. * Provide requested information and/or documentation to other departments. * Prepare additional reports as requested by the immediate supervisor. * Train subordinates on technical aspects relevant to their positions. * Facilitate achievement of performance objectives for team members.
