**Junior Engineer** We are **Muebles Lacandona**, a leading manufacturing company with over **25 years** of experience in the furniture industry, and due to expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as a **Junior Engineer**. If you are passionate about industrial design, this job is for you! ***OBJECTIVE:*** Create technical documentation for restaurant furniture production, as well as develop and update plans and templates to support product standardization and improvement. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design * Portfolio (desirable) * Gender: Indifferent * Age: 23 to 35 years old **Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical documentation for production of each order * Create/update detailed floor plans * Develop and manage templates * Prepare cutting files for CNC and Laser machines * Monitor ongoing manufacturing projects * Perform other related tasks contributing to team/process improvements **Skills:** * Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel * Basic-level design software knowledge: Ø Adobe Illustrator (basic) Ø Autodesk Inventor (desirable) Ø Adobe Photoshop (desirable) Ø AutoCAD 2D (desirable) * Knowledge of materials * Use of measuring tools **Desirable:** * Interest in furniture design * Experience: minimum 6 months creating production drawings, preferably in furniture design **Skills and Abilities:** * Fast learner * Creative * Responsible * Initiative * Organized * Teamwork * Results-oriented **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * Statutory benefits from day one (profit sharing, Christmas bonus, full IMSS health insurance, vacations) * Benefits above legal requirements (20-day Christmas bonus, 35% vacation bonus, 3% savings fund) * Salary between 11,000\-12,500 nominal monthly + variable bonus of $3,000 starting from the 4th month * Professional growth opportunities If you have the required experience and skills for this position, we want to hear from you!
