Job Summary: We are seeking a key flexographic operator to ensure production quality, speed, and stability while maintaining high printing standards and reliable deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of flexographic printing machines (NIL, 830, Roto, Dimattra) 2. Experience in register, ink, anilox, pressure, and tension adjustments 3. Focus on quality and attention to detail **Role Purpose** This operator will be critical in ensuring **quality, speed, and stability** of flexographic production, supporting DCF in maintaining high printing standards and reliable deliveries to customers. **Key Responsibilities** **Operation of flexographic printing machines (any model)** * Prepare, mount, and adjust plates, anilox rolls, inks, and substrates. * Perform startup procedures, register adjustments, tension, pressure, and speed adjustments. * Operate machines including: * **NIL** * **830** * **Roto Gravure / Roto Flex** * **Dimattra** * Other narrow-web or central impression machines. * Ensure process stability throughout the entire run. **Auxiliary Equipment: Inspection and Splicing Machines** * Operate inspection units for defect detection and final quality control. * Perform splices, adhesive application, and web continuity verification. * Ensure final product meets standards before release. **Profile Requirements** **Experience** * **Any experience** operating flexographic printing machines (any brand or model). * Experience in **register, ink, anilox, pressure, and tension adjustments**. * Desired experience with inspection–splicing equipment. * Experience in label printing, flexible packaging, or shrink sleeve printing. **Technical Knowledge** * Handling of water-based or solvent-based inks. * Reading production orders. * Knowledge of densitometry (desirable). * Identification of printing defects. * Basic integration of quality processes. **Key Competencies** * **Attention to detail** * Quality focus * Operational discipline * Learning ability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
