Due to growth, we are seeking a **Process Engineer** with experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing, focused on improving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality at every stage of production. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity. * Design and update work methods, procedures, and operational standards. * Implement process control strategies and action plans. * Perform engineering calculations: mass/energy balances, cost estimations, equipment sizing, among others. * Identify improvement opportunities through failure analysis and corrective/preventive proposals. * Maintain clear, up-to-date, and project requirement–aligned technical documentation. * Provide technical support to production to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. ### **Candidate Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related degree (completed or incomplete with verifiable experience). * Minimum 3 years of experience in **metal-mechanical manufacturing**. * Solid knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement. * Advanced proficiency in CAD software. * Experience in work methods, time and motion studies, and process standardization. * Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and attention to detail. * Flexible working hours. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Free parking * A dynamic work environment focused on efficiency and quality **APPLY NOW AND GROW WITH US!**
