Analyzing the causes of faults and malfunctions in tools and fixtures. Carrying out repair, maintenance and inspection work on tools and devices. **Duties and Responsibilities** **A New production, modification, improvement** * Creation of new products (tools, fixtures) according to drawings, oral specifications or samples using the various machining processes. * Creation of sample and device parts including the necessary auxiliary devices. * Production of tool components and auxiliary devices under consideration of ergonomic and qualitative aspects (drawings, sketches, verbal arrangements). * Modification of tools and fixtures due to operational or procedural necessities. * Preparation of the necessary documentation. * Recognition of material and surface defects and elimination of defects after consultation with the responsible authorities. **B Trouble Shooting** * Performing troubleshooting and eliminating the causes of errors in tools and fixtures with different technologies. * Analysis and elimination of error causes, if necessary, during the running production process **C Repair, maintenance, inspection** * Replacement of defective components according to specifications and cooperation during commissioning of tools and devices. * Repair of defective components under consideration of economic aspects. * Adaptation and fitting of spare parts according to drawings, sketches, oral information and samples. * Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on tools and devices according to existing maintenance plans and drawings. * Participation in measures for the optimization of tools. * Documentation of the activities carried out in the computer\-supported recording system (technical completion of the order, hourly feedback). **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** * CNC experience. * Knowledge and experience with software mastercam. * TEbis experience.
