With genuine passion and dedication, our Value Creation philosophy drives us to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customers’ productivity. **PROFILE:** * Experience: minimum of 1 year * Education: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or related field (completed) * Availability to work flexible hours (3 rotating shifts) * Easy access to the El Salto Industrial Zone * Experience managing personnel **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise assigned, planned activities and personnel on shift * Supervise warehouse organization and cleanliness, work equipment and forklifts, and manage and implement the cleaning and organization plan * Conduct inventories, review product rotation, and monitor product inflows and outflows in our warehouses * Supervise the proper execution of customer order loading processes, as well as compliance with the daily loading schedule * Ensure correct implementation of our Quality Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices **OFFERING:** * Base salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Direct employment by the company * Transportation * Food vouchers * Development plan Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
