Are you a student looking to gain experience? **Training Intern** How can you become part of the team? \- Recently graduated or in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or Business Administration. \- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Office software. \- Availability from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. **What are the main responsibilities?** \- Assist in scheduling courses, workshops, and seminars. \- Collaborate in the creation and reproduction of training materials (presentations, manuals, exercise sheets, welcome kits). \- Send reminders, announcements, and invitations to participants and facilitators. \- Distribute and analyze post-training satisfaction surveys to measure program effectiveness. \- Help collect data on attendance, performance, and training impact.
