




**Your Job** As a Debug Engineer at Molex, you will lead the proactive troubleshooting and optimization of mechanical and automation systems to enhance equipment reliability and process efficiency. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and driving improvements to support Molex's operational goals. **What You Will Do** * Lead proactive debugging and root cause analysis of mechanical equipment and automation systems to resolve failures and inefficiencies. * Conduct comprehensive design reviews to ensure robust integration of mechanical and automation components. * Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, process engineers, and operations teams to develop and implement effective corrective actions. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, reliability, and throughput. * Utilize data analysis and diagnostic tools to monitor equipment health and anticipate potential issues. * Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering debugging procedures, design modifications, and process enhancements. * Mentor junior engineers and operators on mechanical troubleshooting best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. * Proven experience in debugging automated mechanical equipment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. * Strong skills in design reviews, root cause analysis, and problem solving. * Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). * Proficiency with mechanical design and automation tools, including CAD software and PLC or automation programming. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience with mechanical control systems, robotics, and embedded automation. * Familiarity with maintenance strategies and reliability engineering principles. * Hands\-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and process optimization.
