





**Functions and Responsibilities** * Assemble mechanical components according to diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions. * Inspect parts before assembly, verifying dimensions, finishes, and conditions. * Use manual, pneumatic, and electric tools to perform assembly tasks. * Comply with safety and quality procedures at all stages of the process. * Report deviations, defects, or incidents detected in materials or processes. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and material control at the workstation. * Participate in continuous improvement activities and meet production indicators. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure achievement of manufacturing goals. **Job Requirements** * Education: Technician in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, or related field (desirable). * Experience: 1 to 2 years in mechanical assembly, production, or similar areas. * Knowledge: o Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. o Using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, gauge, micrometer). * Handling manual and pneumatic tools. **Skills:** * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Organization and discipline. * Ability to follow technical instructions. **Working Conditions** Schedule: Full-time (assigned shift).
