We are currently seeking personnel for the Roller Assistant role in our machine operation team, with the objective of optimizing and ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment. Requirements * Required education level: Elementary school * Experience: None required for ROLLER ASSISTANT * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Manufacturing and production knowledge (a plus). * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Teamwork + Commitment + Results orientation + Proactivity * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 06:00 \- 14:00 Schedule clarification: Two shifts are scheduled Monday through Saturday: morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Responsibilities and Activities * Inspect bag quality every 15 minutes and report defects to the machine operator or production supervisor. * Cut and pack finished products (bags). * Achieve the established production target. * Remove, weigh, and label waste generated during the shift.
