Data entry of import and export proforma entries. 2. Submission of tariff classification requests and follow-up with internal departments. 3. Data entry, generation, and transmission of COVE (Comprobante de Valor Electrónico). 4. Digitalization and transmission of documents required to be attached to the customs entry (E-Documents) via the Single Window system. 5. Submission of proforma entry review requests to the tariff assessment department. 6. Generation of validation files, identifying VOCE responses (errors, alerts, digital signature), and, where applicable, rectifying irregularities detected by the validator to apply digital signature and record the Acceptance Code in the customs entry. 7. Correct integration of the electronic file associated with the customs entry.
