Experience: 2 years as an assistant to senior executives Age: 25–30 years old Trustworthy and discreet Proactive Responsible and punctual Flexible working hours Effective communication skills Dynamic and proactive Professional appearance Key Responsibilities: Maintain the General Director’s daily schedule accurately Quotation and booking of flights Answering telephone calls Drafting and sending emails Managing payments and personal expenses Performing corresponding expense verifications Assisting with coffee breaks for executive meetings Skills: Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and daily calendar management.
