We are looking for an **Architect** with strong creative ability in 3D design and impeccable field execution. Your role will be pivotal in transforming shipping containers into high-end habitable spaces, ensuring structural quality and watertightness in every project. **What You’ll Do With Us (Main Responsibilities):** * **Documentation and Control:** Preparing detailed photographic reports for technical tracking and evidence of construction progress. * **Design Engineering:** Accurately interpreting and modifying architectural/structural drawings according to project requirements. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensuring **watertightness and airtightness** of modified containers, supervising sealing and critical finishing work. * **Construction Management:** Overseeing the full execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. **What We’re Looking For:** **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering**, or related field. * **Design Software:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D/3D)** and mastery of modeling and rendering tools such as Autodesk Revit or SketchUp Studio. * **Budgeting:** Basic knowledge of **Neodata or Opus** (preferred). * **Administration:** Proficiency in Excel for input control and reporting. * **Construction Experience:** Ability to manage personnel and resolve unforeseen issues on construction sites. **Soft Skills:** * **Leadership and Proactivity:** Ability to lead teams and anticipate technical problems. * **Strategic Communication:** Skill in reporting progress to management and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers. * **Critical Thinking:** Focus on resolving technical conflicts under pressure. **What We Offer:** * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Free parking. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Free uniforms.
