We are hiring: Die-Cutting Operator Main Responsibilities: * Know and comply with procedures related to the Die-Cutting department. * Ensure materials used meet production order requirements. * Coordinate, perform, and record line clearance. * Ensure machine setup complies with production order specifications. * Verify that parameters indicated in the Control and Sample Standard match those set on the machine. * Verify product quality against the Process Control criteria. * Report any material quality deviations to the Shift Facilitator. * Identify, segregate, and record materials with quality deviations. * Report any mechanical anomalies detected on the machine to the Die-Cutting Facilitator. * Participate in training on departmental procedures and continuous improvement projects. * Develop technical skills of Die-Cutting Assistants (when assigned by the Die-Cutting Supervisor). * Support preventive maintenance activities in the area. * Ensure proper handling of die-cutting tools and tooling. * Execute action plans derived from corrective actions and/or NIPs (Non-Conformance Reports). * Meet departmental quality and productivity standards. Requirements: Minimum education: completed secondary school. Minimum 1 year of experience operating Bobst or MK Pro Matrix machines. Knowledge of Pertinax and milled sheets, creasing, simultaneous embossed die-cutting, creasing, etc. Availability to work rotating shifts. We offer: Base salary commensurate with experience.
