A medical industry company (medical device manufacturing) is seeking a Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field Engineer (degree holder or incomplete degree) to design, develop, assemble, test, and supervise the manufacturing and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems for the medical industry. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Position responsible for designing new electronic products for the medical industry (concept, electronics, 3D modeling, 3D printing prototypes, and production). **REQUIREMENTS** \-Education: Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field \-Experience: Preferred experience in mechanical design, product development, engineering projects, electronics, or product design \-Interest in development and research \-Proficiency in 3D modeling (surfaces) \-Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, electronics, circuits, programming, control systems, and 3D modeling \-Ability to design, analyze, and test electronic circuits and systems, seeking creative and efficient solutions. \-Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply technical knowledge. \-Electronics Engineering degree. \-Experience in circuit and PCB design (mandatory) \-Component-level assembly experience (SMD experience mandatory) \-Fault detection experience (mandatory) \-Microcontroller programming experience (mandatory) \-Solid electronics knowledge (4\-5 years of component-level assembly experience in a similar verifiable position) \-Solid motor control knowledge (servo and stepper motors) \-3D printing experience (resin and filament) **Technical Knowledge:** \-Practical calculus: statics, material strength, torque and power, tolerances and assemblies (fits, clearances, and tolerances) \-Understanding of manufacturing processes: machining, welding, sheet metal, and 3D printing; basic knowledge of DFM and injection molding Tools or software: \-3D CAD (ideal: Fusion 360 and Rhino; acceptable: Inventor or SolidWorks) \-CAM (Master CAM, Mach 3\) \-PCB: Proteus or similar \-Microcontroller programming \-CNC knowledge (lathe and milling machine) \-Machine vision knowledge \-Machine learning knowledge \-Proficiency with hand tools \-Programming languages: **C/C\+\+, Python, C\#/Java,** SQL, G-code, **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \-Concept development according to requirements \-3D CAD modeling of parts, enclosures, and assemblies; creation of 2D drawings with tolerances and practical GD\&T \-Selection of materials and mechanical components (fasteners, bearings, shafts, gears), as well as electronic components \-Sizing of mechanisms and transmission systems (gears, lead screws, belts/chains, and actuators) \-Prototyping and testing: definition of validation plans, design iteration, and failure analysis \-Technical documentation: BOM, version control, and assembly instructions **WE OFFER** Employment type: Full-time, on-site Salary: $13,000 to $18,000 MXN per month Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift Location type: CDMX Statutory benefits Direct hiring Job stability Professional development **If you meet the requirements**, don’t hesitate to apply!
