Our offer includes: * **Monthly Salary**: MXN 45,000 — fully taxable benefits per Mexican labor law, 100% nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid model, with offices at Paseo de la Reforma and lateral Santa Fe (3 days onsite); assigned parking space **What We’re Looking For** * 5 years of experience as: Net WAS Developer, Net WAS Developer, Backend Net SPE Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Java WAS Developer. * Conversational English for client-facing meetings * 4–5 years managing requirements, gathering information, and engaging with diverse stakeholders and business users. * 4–5 years developing with Net (ASP.Net) using OOP (classes, objects, interfaces, basic design patterns), MVC architecture; Windows WPF and XAML knowledge preferred (only if front-end demands it).
