We grow day by day, and through our expansion, we create opportunities for each team member to learn, develop, and build a solid professional career. **Due to growth, we are looking for our next:** **Technical Support Analyst** **Job Objective** Ensure timely and accurate technical support for organizational users, guaranteeing the operational continuity of services and technological tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide preventive and corrective support and maintenance for computer and telephony equipment. * Monitor internet service providers. * Manage delivery, control, and inventory of computer equipment. * Create and manage email accounts. * Train users on Microsoft tools and corporate applications. * Address and track technical incidents and requests **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience providing end-user technical support. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * **Willingness to travel within the metropolitan area.
