What Are We Looking For? Programmer Analyst Job Objective: Analyze, document, and support existing software solutions by participating in the creation of use cases, functional and technical specifications based on analysis of already-developed code in .NET and Oracle technologies, ensuring accurate understanding of business requirements. Key Responsibilities: \* Analyze existing applications developed in .NET (C\#) and Oracle (PL/SQL / SQL) to understand their functionality and business logic. \* Create and document use cases, diagrams, and functional and technical requirement specifications. \* Translate analysis of existing code into clear, structured documentation. \* Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to clarify requirements and scope. \* Support identification of technical improvements and code optimization opportunities. \* Participate in technical reviews and ensure compliance with development and documentation standards. \* Maintain up-to-date documentation for assigned systems. Technical Requirements: \* 1\-2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role. Proven experience in: \* .NET / C\# \* Oracle SQL and PL/SQL \* Ability to read, understand, and analyze existing code. \* Diagramming tools. \* Basic testing tools and functional validation. \* Creation of use cases and requirements documentation. \* Solid knowledge of relational databases. Desirable: Basic or intermediate knowledge of Python. Prior experience maintaining legacy systems. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of version control tools (Git).
