Setup of institutional events **INSURGENTES UNIVERSITY** **Maintenance Manager – SUR 2 Campus** **Age:** 25 to 50 years **Gender:** Male **Education:** Completed high school and technical degree **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in general maintenance and coordinating maintenance or cleaning teams **Required Knowledge:** * Electricity * Plumbing * Masonry * Painting · Drywall * General cleaning and repairs * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities **Skills and Attitudes:** * Strong sense of urgency * Discipline and punctuality * Honesty and proactivity * Ability to work in a team * Organizational and team leadership skills * Excellent customer service orientation **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of campus facilities. * Coordinate the cleaning team * Execute general repairs in areas such as electricity, plumbing, masonry, and painting. * Ensure facilities remain in optimal condition for academic and administrative activities. * Setup of institutional events **Working Conditions:** * Monthly salary: $9,640 to $11,000 MXN * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time work schedule * Statutory benefits * Tuition assistance benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,640.00 – $11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * General maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
