Job Summary: This role acts as a communication bridge between IT BI and operations, monitors systems and processes, identifies risks and proposes solutions, and collaborates on continuous improvement and new developments. Participation in projects and system development APM Terminals **Responsibilities** * Act as a communication bridge between IT BI and operations. * Monitor systems, infrastructure, and process flows between systems, including interfaces with teams. * Understand and communicate how Terminal processes interlink to form a seamless flow sequence. * Identify risks and gaps in processes, and propose potential solutions to relevant operational departments and functions. * Collaborate with IT and technical staff to improve processes. * Collaborate with IT to define and specify new system developments and training, as well as enhancements. * Provide constructive feedback to others at various leadership levels. * Lead and participate in projects related to continuous improvement. * Operate processes based on work instructions and process flows. * Collaborate with IT and TAM from an Operations perspective. * Maintain a clean work area and operate according to the 5 S’s. * Be part of safety response teams. * Provide feedback to the Process Supervisor and the continuous improvement team. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Office applications; database knowledge is desirable. * Knowledge of port terminal operations is desirable. * Experience in automated manufacturing/production. * Basic English language skills. **Experience** * Not required. * Automated manufacturing/production experience is desirable. * Prior exposure to logistics chain-related processes is desirable. * Prior experience working under pressure is desirable. * Prior exposure to logistics chain-related processes is desirable.
