Logistics Analyst

Description

**Job Objective:** Implement established strategies to ensure timely delivery operations to customers, fully comply with scheduled deliveries, and maintain the vehicle fleet in optimal mechanical and aesthetic condition. **Responsibilities:** * Track purchase orders issued by customers. * Coordinate with Production and Warehouse departments to schedule customer deliveries. * Plan the shipment and delivery of products and/or services to customers. * Prepare and coordinate the weekly shipping list assigned to Drivers. * Prepare shipping orders for customer shipments. * Monitor product shipments according to customer requirements. * Serve as a liaison in identifying and locating service providers for vehicles. * Coordinate Driver activities based on availability and operational needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Experience in logistics, warehousing, and transportation processes. * Knowledge of domestic and international shipping documentation. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Required Skills:** * Problem analysis and resolution * Organization and document management * Effective communication and negotiation * Results-oriented mindset Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
