




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Coordinator (QA/QC) to design, implement, and operate the Project Master Quality Control Plan for construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement discipline-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). 2. Lead root cause analysis and manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCR). 3. We are seeking a: **Quality Coordinator (QA/QC)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and operate the project’s **Master Quality Control Plan (QA/QC)**. * Develop **Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)** by discipline (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.). * Coordinate and supervise the execution of **tests, inspections, and trials** (laboratory and field). * Ensure compliance with project **technical specifications, standards, and drawings**. * Manage **Non-Conformity Reports (NCR)**: registration, analysis, tracking, and closure. * Implement and track **Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)**. * Lead root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D). * Validate and authorize **partial and final releases** of work fronts, disciplines, or systems. * Coordinate with supervisors, resident engineers, and contractors to ensure quality compliance. * Control **quality documentation** (dossiers, reports, certificates, material traceability). * Participate in **internal, external, and client audits**. * Generate quality performance reports and indicators for the project. * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement on site. **Technical Knowledge:** * Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001\). * Applicable construction standards (ASTM, ACI, ASME, NOM, as applicable per project). * Development of ITPs and quality plans. * Material control (certificates, traceability, laboratory testing). * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Quality tools (NCR, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). * Work release and handover processes. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field (degree preferred) **Experience:** * 3–7 years in quality control/assurance for **construction projects**. * Field experience (buildings, infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects).
