As **Customer Quality Engineer,** you will be responsible for ensuring that process resolution is handled in strict adherence to quality systems, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Your Tasks will be:** * Understand specific client requirements related to APQP. * Lead the execution of the 8D methodology. * Coordinate containment operations at different locations, from the plant to the last customer\-facing station. * Monitor quality activities in the client's systems and portals. * Lead quality meetings and prepare reports. * Provide first\-level contact with the client for complaints. **To be successful in this role you will need:** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar. * Experience in automotive industry required. * Stellantis \& GM portals knowledge. * 3\+ years of experience in the field. * Proficient English level.
