* Hold a professional degree/certification or be in the process of obtaining one. * Knowledge of STPS and SEMARNAT regulations. * Foundational knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. * DC-3 certification of regulatory compliance skills is desirable. * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools. * Experience in developing controlled documents. * Knowledge of developing and evaluating lighting, noise, ergonomics, and psychosocial studies. * Ability to develop accident investigation methodologies: FMEA, 8D Analysis, and 5 Whys. * Ability to deliver training programs. * Valid driver’s license required. * Knowledge of first aid.
