Safety and Hygiene Supervisor Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Safety and Hygiene or related field **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in the position within companies with more than 100 employees. Intermediate English and proficiency in Office software. No transportation constraints. Availability to travel to mines. **Required Skills** · High willingness for daily fieldwork · Proactive · Ability to analyze risk situations · Leadership · Teamwork · Adherence to corporate guidelines Responsibilities: \*Establish Safety Policies and Procedures * Coordinate the safety program with other departments * Organize and maintain civil protection brigades and the Safety and Hygiene Committee, following up on corresponding programs. * Implement staff awareness strategies on safety matters at the plant * Conduct daily safety rounds at the plant during daytime shifts to ensure compliance with safety guidelines, and occasional rounds during nighttime shifts throughout the month * Develop safety standards based on applicable regulations and company-developed norms, derived from risk analysis * Manage daily five-minute safety talks on various topics across all plant areas * Supervise and control Guard/Vigilante personnel.
